Receiving the checklist or the detailed diagnostic does not subscribe you to anything. Regulatory tips and offers are only sent if you tick the dedicated, optional box. You can withdraw this consent at any time via the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.

To understand how the website is used (pages viewed, eligibility questionnaire, order steps), a random anonymous identifier is stored in your browser’s local storage for up to 180 days, after which it is renewed. This measurement is strictly internal: no advertising cookie, no third-party analytics tool, no cross-site tracking, and the data is not shared with third parties.

You can disable this internal measurement at any time using the toggle at the bottom of this page. Your choice is stored locally in your browser.

Performing the ordered service and invoicing (contract performance and legal obligations); answering your requests (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps); sending the resource or diagnostic you asked for (pre-contractual steps); marketing emails (consent, withdrawable at any time); internal audience measurement (legitimate interest).

Order and invoicing data: 10 years (accounting obligations). Brief documents: up to 3 years after delivery, unless you ask for earlier deletion. Contact requests and leads: 3 years from last contact.

Data is not shared with third parties, except the technical processors necessary to provide the service and where required by law. Technical processors: Stripe (payment), Abacus.AI (hosting, database, private file storage and email delivery). Some of these processors may process data outside the European Union.

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and request portability, by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
