When does the turnaround start?
The business-day turnaround starts once a complete brief (form + required documents) is received. You receive a completeness acknowledgement.
What if my file is not eligible?
The eligibility quiz guides you before payment: standard service, higher-tier service or €249 project scoping. If the file received still falls outside the scope, we tell you upon receipt of the brief.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes, an invoice is generated automatically after payment. Prices exclude VAT; VAT treatment depends on your country of establishment and professional status.
Do you file the notification for me?
No. Filing and responsibility for placing on the market remain with the Responsible Person. We prepare the file for validation or submission by the responsible entity.
