These terms apply to all fixed-price services ordered on this website by professional customers (B2B). Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

Prices are shown in euros. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code: the price shown is the price paid, no VAT is added. Payment is made online in full at the time of order via Stripe. An invoice is issued automatically.
Each fixed-price service covers one main product. Additional products are declared by the customer when ordering and priced by similarity: close variant (same base formula, only scent, colour or size changes) +30% of the base price and +1 business day each; distinct product of the same range +60% and +2 business days each. Beyond 3 additional products, the request is handled through a Regulatory Project Scoping. If the products received do not match the declaration, Bridge & Flow will inform the customer before starting and offer an adjustment or a refund.
An eligibility questionnaire precedes each order. When the project is too complex for a fixed-price service, a paid Regulatory Project Scoping (€249) is offered instead.
The €249 is deducted from the main project only if it is signed within 30 days of the proposal and amounts to at least €1,000 excl. tax.
Express delivery is not offered at this stage.
The turnaround shown for each service is expressed in business days and starts on receipt of a complete brief (form + mandatory documents). If documents are missing, the customer is notified and the turnaround is suspended until they are received.
Each service includes one consolidated round of questions or feedback, to be sent within 15 days of delivery. Additional rounds, markets or products are quoted separately.
If, on receipt of the brief, the request clearly falls outside the scope of the ordered service, Bridge & Flow will inform the customer and offer either a full refund or a custom quote. Once work has started on a complete brief, the service is not refundable. As a B2B service, the statutory 14-day withdrawal period for consumers does not apply.
Deliverables are consulting opinions based on the information and documents provided by the customer and on the regulations applicable at the date of delivery. The customer (or its Responsible Person) remains solely responsible for placing the product on the market, for filings with authorities and for its commercial decisions. Bridge & Flow’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.
All documents received (formulas, artworks, safety data sheets…) are treated as strictly confidential, used only to perform the service and are not shared with third parties, except the technical subcontractors necessary to perform the service (hosting, private file storage, payment, email delivery) and where required by law.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the publisher’s registered office, after an attempt at amicable settlement.
