• A package covers one product and one defined market. A formula change, a new variant or a new market requires a new quote.
• The final check covers the requested corrections, on a consolidated version sent within 30 days. It does not cover a new creation.
• Turnaround from a complete file, subject to confirmed capacity. No administration or third-party laboratory timeline is guaranteed.
• If your file falls outside the package, I send you a quote, without charging the unsuitable package.

Bridge & Flow prepares Part A of the cosmetic product safety report (CPSR); Part B (assessment and signature) is the job of a qualified safety assessor, who may be a toxicologist colleague brought in on quote. Bridge & Flow acts as EU Responsible Person (Reg. 1223/2009) only under its dedicated service, on quote and under a separate written mandate. Where included in the service, Bridge & Flow may prepare and carry out an administrative submission on behalf of the legally responsible entity, subject to the required authorisation, access and information.
