Scope of my role
Regulatory consulting and documentation preparation — not a certification and not a notified body. Bridge & Flow prepares Part A of the cosmetic product safety report (CPSR); Part B (assessment and signature) is the job of a qualified safety assessor, who may be a toxicologist colleague brought in on quote. Bridge & Flow acts as EU Responsible Person (Reg. 1223/2009) only under its dedicated service, on quote and under a separate written mandate. Where included in the service, Bridge & Flow may prepare and carry out an administrative submission on behalf of the legally responsible entity, subject to the required authorisation, access and information. This alone does not make Bridge & Flow the Responsible Person, importer, downstream user or other legal duty holder.
